Position: Receptionist

 
Location: New Delhi ( Dwarka ) in our own consultancy of SKC Management

 
Education: Minimum Under graduation

 
Age Group – Between 20-40

 
Skills Required:

 
1.Strong communication skills in English

 
2.Confident & with positive attitude towards work

 
3.Good computer skills / MS Word/Excel knowledge is a must

 
4.Knowledge of email etiquettes & comfortable with internet terminologies

 
5.Good telephonic conversation skill’s with neutral accent

 
6.Maintain Front office neat and ability to work under pressure

 
7.Taking independent initiative

 
Experience: Not necessary if you meet skills as mentioned

 
Responsibilities: The role involves answering a switch board for 20+ plus staff members, conference room bookings ,travel arrangement for non-management staff( including flight and hotels), helping the public relation department for various statement and records, assisting staff with their administrative requirement., looking after suppliers, printers, courier services, medical clinics, record for attestation of documents, monitoring STD and ISD calls, Faxes, sanitary and hygiene in the office, payment of bills of water telephones etc in time , Assist Sr Staff in attending their requirements.
