They have a huge swimming pool which is quite well maintained most of the time.I would suggest you to at least get the membership done because in future getting membership here will be next to impossible.
The season normally starts in May & lasts till september. Its only allowed for Sports club registered members. The registration charges are Rs 10000 + service tax. It comes around Rs 12336/- including cost of form.
For swimming you need to pay Rs1800/- for the entire season or you pay Rs 30/- per visit.
The coach is also available for a monthly fee of Rs 500/- or you negotiate for the entire season.
This is still the best offering of Dwarka in current situation. So do make sure to take advantage of this facility in your close vicinity.
