Salary per Month (CTC): Will be based on experience & will be combination of fixed, variable & commissions

Job Description
· Strong communication skills (Local Language & English)
· Good computer knowledge
· Dynamic, aggressive & target oriented
· Follow-up of the leads with customers
· Follow-up & coordination with Property Showing Agent (Field Executive)
· Collecting feedback from Customer
· Resolve Customer issues
· Will be the single point for Customer (Being an integral link between the customer and all other departments)
· Customer Relationship Building
· Ensure the Property renting is a “ Delightful Experience” for the customer
· Creating a Property Databank with validated & viable properties as per the market demand
· Ensure the Property shop is equipped with adequate information on market intelligence
· Sourcing properties matching the customer’s needs as specified in the respective formats
· Create an inventory of qualified leads of prospects for our services
· Also monitor and drive team to make the branch a profit center unit, Should have Positive Attitude, Should have Target Achievement Skills and should know how to take Responsibility during crisis.
